Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Referral reward eligibility is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The referral must be submitted through the official TruAuto Referral Program form before the referred customer purchases a vehicle.
- The referred customer must complete the purchase and take delivery of a vehicle through TruAuto.
- The referring customer must have an active vehicle finance account with TruAuto at the time the reward is processed.
- The referral reward will be equal to one regular bi-weekly vehicle payment, based on the referring customer's current finance agreement.
- The referral reward will be issued by cheque and will not be applied directly to any loan or finance account.
- Eligible referral reward cheques will be issued within 5–10 business days after the referred customer has successfully taken delivery of their vehicle.
- Only one referral reward will be issued per qualified vehicle purchase.
- TruAuto reserves the right to verify referral information and determine eligibility for all referral rewards.
- TruAuto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time without notice.
- Void where prohibited by law.
